Tea Blending and High Tea Degustation

Mary and Melbourne share a lot more than their love for the letter M. Their love for the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival for example. For those Melbournians that have not yet been enlightened about the glory of this March/April festive period, watch out! Mary's thrilled to be involved in the foodie festival with a very special once-in-a-year workshop. Lovers of High Tea, tea, and just all humans with a pulse this is an event not to be missed:

A custom tea blending class and High Tea degustation featuring raw botanicals. 


The class involves tasting and pairing unique combinations of raw botanicals (guided by a Tea Sommelier) to create your very own custom blend. You then enjoy a unique High Tea degustation featuring a glass of chandon on arrival, a selection of savoury items, sweet items, scones, and pots of artisan tea.
