An interactive class where you taste specialty teas and learn about the origins and flavour profiles of white, green, oolong, black, puehr, and herbal blends. A great class for anyone passionate about tea. You will also blend your own tea to take home with you at the end of the class.

The class is lead by Sarah de Witt - a certified Tea Sommelier passionate about the tea industry. Sarah has travelled to China to judge international tea competitions, has launched a retail tea range and is co-fouder at Mary Eats Cake where she designs the the menu to match High Tea delicacies.
