ABOUT THE CLASS:

  • An interactive class where you taste specialty teas and learn about the origins and flavour profiles of white, green, oolong, black, puehr, and herbal blends. A great class for anyone passionate about tea. You will also blend your own tea to take home with you at the end of the class.

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Tea cupping practices 
  • Flavour profiles of botanicals and pure teas
  • Tea blending basics and a take home tea at the end
  • Lots of tasting of unique teas
  • Tea History 
  • Tea brewing guides

SKILL LEVEL:

  • Appropriate for beginners to intermediate.

  • $65 per person (Includes light refreshments and a take home tea gift)

TEACHER:

  • The class is lead by Sarah de Witt -  a certified Tea Sommelier passionate about the tea industry. Sarah has travelled to China to judge international tea competitions, has launched a retail tea range and is co-fouder at Mary Eats Cake where she designs the the menu to match High Tea delicacies.
