Saturday and Sunday at 11am or 2:30pm

- Oven baked squash, apple, caramelised red onion and blue cheese sandwich
- Contemporary cucumber and coronation chicken sandwich

- Caramelised beetroot, roasted walnut and goat’s cheese tart

- Fresh scones with raspberry jam and cream

- Orange nougat mousse in dark chocolate teacup
