At Mary Eats Cake we pride ourselves on providing a wide range of dietary requirements. We offer 8 different High Tea variations for those with common dietary requirements. Our team prepares all dietary items in house using high quality ingredients.

Allergy Advice
All our products may contain traces of seafood, wheat/gluten, egg, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, seeds, garlic and onion. Our products are made in a kitchen where allergens are used, and as such, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of all traces. Caution should especially be taken for people who are highly sensitive or have severe allergies.Whilst every effort is made to ensure there is no cross contamination, we cannot guarantee any items made by a third party vendor are allergen free and we cannot guarantee any items from the fryer are free from allergens or by products.

FAQ's
Low gluten is not the same as Gluten Free. Low gluten means that the product contains less than 200ppm (parts per million) of gluten.
At Mary Eats Cake our Low-Gluten option does not contain any ingredients with gluten. As we make and prepare all our food in the same kitchen there is risk of cross contamination. Due to this risk we choose to call it a Low Gluten option as there is a possibility of traces and there for is not suitable for all people following a gluten free diet.

We do not offer a specific dairy free option however we do have a vegan High Tea which is dairy free.
No, you are able to have a mix of different dietary requirements on your table. However all guests do need to be on the same package ( excluding children and seniors)
For example you can book a table for 5 people with 3 guests with no dietary requirements, 1 vegetarian and 1 Vegan. Mary's Team will serve any dietary requirement separately.
Unfortunately High Tea is traditionally high in sugar and carbs and it is very hard to create a diabetic friendly option.
We would love for you to attend and recommend consuming in moderation based on your management plan. Any treats you don't finish can be taken home to enjoy later or to share with family members.
No, Mary can only offer so many dietary options and low FODMAP is unfortunately one we don't cater for.
