1. General Terms

• Offer valid from 12:00 AM Wednesday, 26th November to 11:59 PM Monday, 1st December 2025 (AEDT).
  

• Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or offer.

• Discount applies only when the promo code is entered correctly at the time of booking, purchase or enquiry. 
  

• Code is case-sensitive.
  

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or refunded if the code was not entered during checkout, at the time of booking or before the Function deposit was paid
  

• Mary Eats Cake reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  

• A La Carte bookings and Tour functions are excluded from this promotion.
  

• Excludes bookings and purchases using a Gift Voucher  

2. Pick-Up and Delivery Orders 

• Use code CYBER15 at checkout to receive 15% off pick-up or delivery orders.
  

• Discount applies to orders placed via the Mary Eats Cake website only.
  

• If the promo code is not applied at checkout, the discount will not be issued retrospectively.
  

3. High Tea Bookings

• Use code CYBER15 when booking your High Tea to receive 15% off.
  

• Offer valid for new bookings made between Wednesday, 26th November to 1st December 2025.
  

• Discount applies to standard High Tea bookings only.
  

• The discount cannot be added to existing or past bookings.
  
  

4. Function Bookings

• Include the code CYBER15 in your function enquiry to receive 15% off your final invoice.
  

• Function enquiry must be submitted between 28th November and 1st December 2025.
  

• To qualify, booking must be secured with a $250 non-refundable deposit by 5th December 2025.
  

• Discount will be applied to the final invoice total.
  

• Not valid for Tour functions or à la Carte bookings.

5. Gift Voucher Purchases  

• Use code CYBER15 at checkout to receive 15% off online gift voucher purchases.
  

• Offer applies to vouchers purchased via the Mary Eats Cake website.
  

• Discount is applied to the value of the voucher at the time of purchase.
  

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  

• Discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
  

• Standard gift voucher terms and conditions apply, including expiry dates.
